Manage
and Supervise all personnel involved
with a Restaurant, Pool Snack Shop,
Tiki Bar and Lounge. The individual
must be able to handle hiring, scheduling,
training and implement controls for
all areas. The individual will be responsible
for the monthly food & beverage
costs and inventories. The candidate
will also oversee the setup and service
of all functions including the sales
and contract. The individual will
oversee all banquet space, functions
and will coordinate all staff including

Previous Hotel experience
required. Previous HR experience

The person needs to be
able to multi-task and get the
jobs done timely and efficiently.
Duties include but
are not limited to: Management of the
Human Resources department for a hotel of 100+ employees,
and administration of biweekly payroll using ADP Payroll Software
and E-time Time Manager. Coordinate payroll from inputting
schedules and adjusting timecards to closing pay period. Create,
coordinate and conduct orientations, trainings, and events
for staff. Enforcement of company policy. Conduct disciplinary
interviews if needed. Review
and approve content for ads and supervise
the posting of recruitment advertisement. Maintain performance
reviews, salary increases, employee files, and medical files.
Manage deductions, employee benefit plans, and worker’s
compensation. Coordinate employee lunches, birthdays and anniversary
dates. Provide assistance to employees with any questions
or concerns they may have.

Assistand Front Desk Manager is primarily
responsible for handling all guest
interactions and going above and
beyond to exceed guest requests.
This position is responsible for
checking in and out guests of the
hotel while also providing information about hotel
services, features, and room amenities.
This supervisor is responsible
for all Front Desk Agent duties
as well as, training new staff,
resolving customer challenges,
and aiding in all departments.
This person must be energetic,
upbeat, outgoing, and willing to
lead by example.
