I can’t wait for Spring Break. I’ve had enough of the brutal cold weather and am ready to trade in the snow for the sandy beaches of Miami Beach.
In about a month, I will be sunbathing and club hopping all over Miami and Fort Lauderdale! Forget Cancun or Daytona. South Beach and Las Olas are the coolest and hippest spots to Spring Break. Some people winter in Vale, summer in the Hamptons, autumn in New York. Well, I Spring Break in Miami Beach!
The right place for Spring Break is definitely Miami Beach!
Once I am there enjoying the sun, the beach, the beautiful people and before going out for dinner and drinks, I am planning on going shopping. My itinerary will look something like this: In the morning, I plan to relax and sunbathe at the beach. Make sure you bring your bikinis, flip-flops, and sunscreen. In the afternoon, I plan to shop, shop, and shop some more. There are too many places to shop. Here are the best places: Aventura Mall: Home to Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, and Macys. You can find all apparel from Arden B to Zara’s.
And after sunbathing and shopping in Miami Beach, what’s better than going out for dinner and some drinks!
In the evening, I plan on wining and dining. If you’re in South Florida, the following places are a must:
Smith & Wollensky: A.k.a. Steak heaven. Enough Said!
Nobu Miami Beach: The best Japanese fusion you’ll ever have. I highly recommend the Chilean Sea Bass with dry miso.
